Author's note:
Robin Hood was the first Script that I won Best Original Script for at the Somerset Fellowship of Drama and emboldened by its success I tried publishing it and Lazybee scripts agreed to take it on. You can read the script in it's entirity on their site.It is one of my favourite scripts partly because it had The Poor in it - a group of five chorus members who walked, talked and had expressions in complete unison and I got to be one of the "Poormation" as our director called it! We enjoyed ourselves immensely! It was also the Pantomime that had what every society loves - the scene that has gone into AMDRAM legend in our society that people still talk about years later. This was the trial scene at the end of Act One which we did to the tune of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody and managed to end on the spotlit upturned four faces of the bad guys. I would be more than happy - should any of you buy this from Lazybee, to answer any questions about how we did this scene and share adapted lyrics we used.
